Eligibility Criteria for Concentrix Recruitment Drive 2024

Support Operations team on key performance metrics by providing innovative and cost-effective solutions based on data and analytics.
Lead automation projects from data gathering, development, learning session, UAT, Process documentation, and distribution
Responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of existing database
Responsible for creating innovative solution to account level to enterprise level depending on business needs
Responsible for the distribution of reports and ensuring clean, accurate data, and on time delivery
Can work and communicate with all levels of management and departments
Has initiative on communicating and collaborating with stake holders and reporting data POCs to complete the requirements
Support team members by sharing best practices/conducting learning session, and back up pair to ensure business continuity
Adherence to internal team processes and company guidelines
Continuously gain and learn new knowledge in terms of data automation and analysis
May be assigned additional tasks as per business need

Proficient in MS Office and Power Platform Applications: MS Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents

Advance MS Excels – VBA Macro, Power View, Power Pivot

Knowledge in RPA, Low Code to No Code, Open AI an advantage
Knowledge in SQL an advantage
Knowledge in PHP, CSS, and HTML an advantage
Six Sigma Trained is a plus but not required

Minimum of 5-year experience in Reporting and Analytics
Background in Project Management is a plus
Willing to work in mid to graveyard shift
Shift is mainly work from home and may be assigned to be on site as per business need.
